Secretary To Sr. Managing Director with Leading Japanese BANK
Salary - INR. 600,000 to 660,000
Age: 25-35 years
Qualifications : Graduate
Experience: Minimum 3 + Years of relevant experience
Inform the candidate that she may not be fully occupied with secretarial job, hence we may utilize her for other work as well
as per business requirement.
Requirements:
To provide general secretarial support to the Sr. Managing Director.
Ensure Travel, Hotel and other logistics for Mumbai Branch
Attend GM's Telephone Calls, Messages & Customers or Visitors and to arrange refreshments for them
Coordination with concerned Departments for arranging various meetings with GM like Office Premises
Meetings / Credit Committees / Staff One on One Meetings/ PDCA meetings etc.
Manage GM's calendar, arrange for meetings, conference calls and appointments for the GM ( internal
and external ) on a daily basis.
Lunch / Dinner booking arrangements for GM.
Renewal of memberships pertaining to Luxury Hotels / Clubs etc.
Responsible for ticketing, hotel, car arrangements, visa, insurance, etc.
(BT-Domestic, Home leave & BT-International) for GM as well as other Japanese expats, overseas guests, and national staffs especially for Mumbai office staffs. Attending their queries too.
Issuing Invitation Letters for Visa Application.
Responsible for arrangements of custom clearance of personal effects, foodstuff, etc. for Japanese expatriates(approval preparation, hotel & ticket booking, transfer of personal effects).
Issuance of corporate credit cards to the staffs and senior executives of the bank as and when requested by any staff member as per the procedures laid down by Bank's operation procedure manual. Updation of the Corporate Credit Card Control Sheet for registration of new cards as well as cancelled cards.
Responsible for providing and negotiating our tie up hotels corporate rates to Guests/Staffs or seniors as when required and handle any queries pertaining to it.
Responsible to manage the handling and processing of all travel related bills/invoices (Ticket invoices, Car hiring invoices, Hotel stay invoices, etc.)
Assisting Accounts Payable Team staff by processing vendor related payments.
Pre-requisites:
